The primary goal is to bundle and expand existing individual expertise of the participating institutes in order to offer a comprehensive service portfolio for the economy in the area of energy efficiency in buildings and systems.
Based on the requirements of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive (including national implementation measures) and the know-how of the individual institutes, a product portfolio is defined in close cooperation with SMEs, with which the critical interfaces between decision-makers, normative requirements, scientific research and needs of the economy (with a focus on SMEs) can be met.
