The primary goal is to bundle and expand existing individual expertise of the participating institutes in order to offer a comprehensive service portfolio for the economy in the area of ​​energy efficiency in buildings and systems.

Based on the requirements of the EU Energy Efficiency Directive (including national implementation measures) and the know-how of the individual institutes, a product portfolio is defined in close cooperation with SMEs, with which the critical interfaces between decision-makers, normative requirements, scientific research and needs of the economy (with a focus on SMEs) can be met.
