Identification of Protein-Protein-Interactions (Framework)
Target: Development of algorithms to identify proteins from mass spectroscopy data and micro-patterning assays.
This project concentrates on the investigation of protein-protein-interactions in cell growth, cell division, immune responses, tumors or allergies. In order to reach this goal, algorithms for the identification of proteins from mass spectrometry data (Hagenberg, IMP Vienna) and micro-patterning assays in the Protein Interaction Lab (Wels) are developed.
