Target: Development of a high-resolution 3D-fluorescence microscopy system for biomedical diagnostics.
In the course of the project TOMO3D, a high-resolution 3D-fluorescence microscopy-system for biomedical diagnostics is expected to be developed. Methods of bioinformatics enable the microscopic analysis of cartilage tissue in 3D in connection with regenerative medicine and tissue engineering.
